About Me

0076.jpg

For well over a decade, I have guided individuals, couples and groups in cultivating wellbeing. Trained as a Depth Psychotherapist and Forest Therapy Guide, and in Transcendental Meditation, my approach inspires heart-centered healing and self-knowledge. I have served as a wilderness guide, eco-therapist, vocal coach, meditation teacher, lecturer, and psychotherapist. In addition to my private practice, I am adjunct faculty in the Integrative Mental Health program at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM).

Zoë is an empathic and insightful practitioner with many years of experience helping people heal from the past and discover their true potential. She brings not only an astute clinical eye to her work but a soulful passion that is invaluable to one's journey of self-discovery. I recommend Zoë to anyone looking for a smart, engaged, and heart-centered therapist.
